The 2020 Samhain Celtic New Year Festival is excited to welcome Bill Mullen! Born and raised in Dundee, Scotland, Bill’s musical launch came on Scottish Hogmanay (New Year’s Eve) when he was eleven and performed for the first time, to his parent’s surprise. By age 16, he was performing concerts on his own.
