The Finns are two brothers from Laois, Ireland who play an exciting brand of original Irish folk music with banjo, guitar, harmonicas, bouzouki and harmonies and they have captured audiences across the world with their sound. After the huge success of their debut album Creations, The Finns’ songs have been internationally recognised through songwriting contests, TV advert placements with RTE and Creative Ireland, and many television appearances in Ireland including the highly prestigious “Realta agus Gaolta”. The band has an impressive list of gigging Ireland’s biggest stages including Electric Picnic, Temple Bar TradFest, Vantastival, Whelan’s Live and winning the 2017 Busker Fleadh, and supporting bands like Sharon Shannon, Bagatelle and Tupelo, performing in the US at Florida’s Raglan Road, Dunedin Haggis Celtic Concerts, and the South Shore Irish Fest amongst many others. The Finns are fast emerging as one of the most promising bands to carry the Irish folk flag with worldwide appeal. The brothers strive for the highest level with their hugely entertaining live performances, top-class recordings, and now adding high-quality live streaming gigs too in 2020.
